• In-game Username: Your username as it appears in Far Cry 2 multiplayer
• Game Statistics: Kills, deaths, headshots, time played, and other gameplay metrics

• Country Flag: Derived from your IP address for informational purposes
• Custom Maps: Maps you upload to the service (if applicable)

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect or store:

• Real names or personally identifiable information (PII) beyond your email
• Physical addresses
• Phone numbers
• Payment information
• Passwords (we use secure hashing for authentication)

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for:

• Displaying leaderboards and rankings
• Showing your match history and statistics
• Providing community features like the live server browser
• Improving the service

Your Privacy Controls

You have control over your visibility on the live server browser:

• You can toggle your visibility in your dashboard or by using the ?privacy command in-game on an FSL server
• When visibility is disabled, your username will appear as "Hidden" in the live server browser
• Your statistics remain accessible via direct profile link regardless of visibility settings

Data Retention

We are not obligated to retain any data and reserve the right to discontinue the service without prior notice. In such cases, all collected data may be permanently deleted.

Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the European Union, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access: Your game statistics are accessible at any time through your Ranked profile link. We do not maintain separate data copies beyond what is visible on your profile.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can request deletion of your account. This will permanently remove your profile endpoint and all associated statistics.
• Right to Object: You can disable your visibility in the live server browser (FSL servers only) using the ?privacy command or your dashboard settings.

Note: Your game statistics are derived directly from in-game data and displayed on your profile. We do not store personal information beyond what is necessary for the service.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To request account deletion or exercise your GDPR rights, please:

• Join our Discord community
• Contact the MPPatch maker directly with your username and platform
• Specify that you wish to delete your account

Account deletion requests will permanently remove your profile endpoint and statistics. This action cannot be undone.

IP Addresses

We derive country flags from your IP address for informational purposes only. IP addresses are not stored permanently and are used solely to display your approximate geographic location.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to provide our functionality:

• Firebase: Used for real-time data synchronization and storage
• Flag API: Used to display country flags based on IP addresses

These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We only collect game-related data (username, statistics, and IP address for country flag display) and do not collect personal information such as real names, email addresses, or payment details.
